Processing time
Most orders are prepared for shipment within approximately 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery
Many BarkMiles products are estimated to arrive about 5–11 business days after processing. Delivery times can vary by product, destination, carrier conditions, holidays, and weather. Any shipping estimate shown at checkout or provided with your order is the most specific estimate for that purchase.
Shipping charges
Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout before you place your order.
Tracking
When tracking becomes available, it will be added to your order and sent to the email address used at checkout.
Multiple-item orders
Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking update.
